• Electrical or mechanical failures in appliances not caused by misuse

Not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including gradual non-stick coating wear and knife edge dulling
• Damage from misuse, overheating, drops, or improper cleaning
• Commercial, restaurant, or non-household use
• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers

This warranty covers product performance and is separate from your right to return an item under our Returns & Refunds policy, which applies within your country's return window regardless of defect.

Registering Your Product

If you purchased directly from culinvaro.com, your order is automatically on file — no separate registration is required. Simply keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. If you purchased through an authorized retailer, we recommend keeping your receipt, as it will be required to process any warranty claim.
