California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, Culinvaro LLC ("Culinvaro," "we," "us," or "our") provides the following disclosure regarding our efforts to address human trafficking and slavery within our supply chain.

Verification

Culinvaro evaluates and addresses risks of human trafficking and slavery as part of our supplier selection and onboarding process. This evaluation may be conducted internally or through information provided by suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Supplier Audits

We reserve the right to audit suppliers and manufacturing partners for compliance with our standards regarding human trafficking and slavery. Audits may be conducted internally or by a third party, and may be announced or unannounced.

Certification

Suppliers are required to certify that materials incorporated into our products comply with the human trafficking and slavery laws of the country or countries in which they are doing business.

Internal Accountability

Culinvaro maintains internal standards for employees and contractors who fail to meet our company standards regarding human trafficking and slavery, up to and including termination of the business relationship.

Training

Employees and management with direct responsibility for supply chain management receive guidance on identifying and mitigating risks related to human trafficking and slavery within our supply chain.
