Accessibility Statement

Culinvaro is committed to making culinvaro.com usable by everyone, including customers with disabilities. This page explains the standards we follow, the steps we've taken, and how to contact us if you experience any difficulty using our website.

Our Commitment

We believe that everyone deserves the same opportunity to shop online with ease, dignity, and independence, regardless of ability. We are working to make our website usable by as many people as possible, including customers who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we update our site, add new products, and refine our design, we treat accessibility as a core part of that process rather than an afterthought.

Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more user-friendly for everyone. The guidelines are organized around four principles:

PrincipleWhat it covers
PerceivableText alternatives, captions, adaptable content, sufficient color contrast
OperableFull keyboard access, enough time to read and use content, no seizure-inducing content
UnderstandableReadable text, predictable navigation, input assistance
RobustCompatible with current and future assistive technologies

Accessibility Features

Some of the measures we have taken to support accessibility on culinvaro.com include:

  • Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element, from menus to checkout, can be reached and operated using a keyboard alone.
  • Descriptive alt text. Product photos and meaningful images include text alternatives for screen readers.
  • Sufficient color contrast. Text and background color combinations are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Resizable text. Pages remain usable when text is enlarged up to 200% through browser settings.
  • Clear, consistent navigation. Menus, headings, and page structure follow a logical, predictable order.
  • Form labels and error messages. Fields in forms like checkout are clearly labeled, with helpful, understandable error messages.
  • Visible focus indicators. Keyboard users can always see which element is currently selected.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

Culinvaro is designed to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver), screen magnification software, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation. We test our site periodically using a combination of automated accessibility scanning tools and manual review.

Known Limitations

Despite our ongoing efforts, some parts of culinvaro.com may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include:

  • Third-party apps, embedded widgets, or payment gateways that we do not fully control may not meet the same accessibility standards.
  • Older product images or archived content may occasionally be missing complete alt text.
  • PDF documents linked from our site, such as manuals or spec sheets, may not always be fully screen-reader accessible.

We are actively working to identify and correct these issues as part of our regular site maintenance.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of culinvaro.com. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know — your input helps us prioritize improvements. Please include the web page and a description of the issue, and we will do our best to identify and fix it.
