Our Commitment to Product Safety

Every product we sell is expected to meet applicable U.S. consumer product safety standards before it reaches your kitchen. We work with our manufacturing partners to test materials, construction, and performance, and we monitor product safety information on an ongoing basis — not just at the point of sale.

If a safety concern is ever identified with a product we sell, we act quickly to investigate, communicate clearly with affected customers, and coordinate a resolution.

How We Handle a Recall

If a recall is issued for a product sold by Culinvaro — whether initiated by the manufacturer, a regulatory body, or discovered through our own monitoring — we follow a consistent process:

  1. We verify the scope of the recall, including which product batches, lot numbers, or date ranges are affected.
  2. We identify customers who purchased the affected item using our order records.
  3. We notify affected customers directly by email with clear instructions and next steps.
  4. We post recall information on this page, including remedy options such as a refund, replacement, or repair.
  5. We follow up to confirm the issue has been resolved for each affected customer.

Official Recall Databases

In addition to checking this page, we encourage customers to check official government recall databases, which cover all consumer products sold in the United States — not just items purchased from Culinvaro.

U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission — search all active recalls affecting products sold in the United States, at CPSC.gov/Recalls.

If You Have a Recalled Product

If you believe you own a product affected by a recall:

  1. Stop using the product immediately until you've confirmed whether it's affected.
  2. Locate your order number or the product's lot/batch number, usually found on the packaging or a stamp on the item itself.
  3. Contact our team using the details below so we can confirm whether your item is included in the recall.
  4. We'll walk you through your options — typically a refund, free replacement, or repair, along with instructions for returning or disposing of the affected item safely.

Registering Your Product

Registering a purchase with us — or simply keeping your order confirmation email — is the fastest way for us to reach you directly if a recall is ever issued. We use order records tied to your account or email address to identify and contact affected customers, so no separate registration is required for items purchased directly from culinvaro.com.

How We'll Notify You

If your order is affected by a recall, we will contact you using the email address associated with your purchase. We may also post a notice on this page and on our homepage for higher-visibility recalls. We will never ask you to pay a fee to receive a refund, replacement, or repair related to a recall.
