Care & Product Assurance

Every Culinvaro piece is made to earn a permanent spot in your kitchen. A little care goes a long way — here's how to keep your cookware, bakeware, and tools performing beautifully for years, plus what our product assurance covers if something isn't right.

Product Assurance

We stand behind what we sell. Here's what our product assurance covers.

1Year Limited
Warranty
Every Culinvaro product is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, when cared for according to the guidelines on this page.

What's covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials, construction, or finish
  • Coatings, handles, or hardware that fail under normal household use
  • Products that don't perform as described when used and cared for as intended

What's not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual loss of non-stick coating
  • Damage from misuse, overheating, or improper cleaning methods
  • Commercial or restaurant use
  • Cosmetic changes to cast iron seasoning over time

To make a claim, contact our team with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible. We'll review your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Extending the Life of Your Products

Great cookware is an investment, and a little routine care pays off for years. Wash promptly after use rather than letting food sit, store pieces so they aren't scratching against one another, and re-season or re-oil surfaces that call for it a few times a year. If a handle loosens or a lid stops sealing well, reach out to us before retiring the piece — it's often a quick fix rather than a reason to replace it.
